At arguably the busiest time of year for sport and leisure venues as they plan ahead, getting their hospitality and catering set up right is of high priority.

With millions of people set to walk through the turnstiles of our biggest venues it is imperative that the kitchen operation runs smoothly.

Catering outlets simply cannot afford to get it wrong so reliability is key to any appliance. "At first glance warewashers are not necessarily the sexiest pieces of equipment in the kitchen, but they are absolutely vital for the smooth running and success of any catering business making them one of the most important areas of hospitality and catering" explains Bob Wood, director of DC Warewashing & Icemaking Systems. "Without a reliable cleaning system processing cutlery, plates or cooking utensils, the whole operation will fail."

Vital to hygiene processes and indispensible in time-saving efforts, warewashing equipment has swiftly become the key piece of hardware.

"There are many varieties of warewashing machines on the market, coming in many shapes and sizes and suited to varying applications and volumes" says Wood.
