Warewashers: water, water everywhere ... but often not as much as you might think thanks to increased efficiency and lower consumption.DC passes through ... DC's new pass-through warewasher is pitched at high-volume operators, but only has a limited footprint. At 118cms wide, 160 cms high and 79cms deep, the Double-Hood Pass-Through features DC's user-interface and software, which provides simple, intuitive and feature-rich washing. The machine can wash 1,400 plates an hour and is billed by DC as an excellent alternative to a mini-rack conveyor. Key features include four cycles and auto self-clean.
